Handmade Production Time
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the production of handmade centerpieces and seasonal arrangements.
Production times do not include shipping or delivery. Additional time may be necessary during busy holiday seasons or periods of high order volume.
Handmade Designs & Seasonal Material Availability
Every handmade centerpiece and seasonal arrangement is individually crafted. Because each piece is handmade, no two arrangements will be exactly alike.
Product photographs represent the overall design, style, color palette, and approximate dimensions of the arrangement.
Seasonal flowers, greenery, pumpkins, ribbons, decorative accents, and containers are subject to availability.
When necessary, Bellas Gift House may substitute comparable materials of similar quality, color, style, and value while preserving the overall appearance of the original design.
Minor variations in flower placement, greenery, decorative details, and arrangement shape are a natural part of our handmade process.
If a significant substitution would materially change the design, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding.
Holiday Ordering Deadlines
Holiday ordering deadlines will be announced for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter, and other seasonal occasions.
Orders placed after the published deadline may still be accepted depending on production capacity and material availability. However, completion or delivery before the holiday cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery availability depends on the customer's address, distance, and scheduling availability.
Additional delivery fees may apply and will be confirmed before checkout or order acceptance.
Local pickup is available by appointment at a confirmed pickup location.
Shipping & Carrier Delays
For arrangements eligible for shipping, orders will be carefully packaged before being transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once the order has been transferred, transportation schedules and handling are managed by the carrier.
Bellas Gift House cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates or prevent unexpected shipping delays, weather disruptions, or transportation issues.
We remain available to assist customers with shipping concerns.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If an arrangement arrives damaged or an order is missing, please contact customerservice@bellasgifthouse.com with your order number and photographs, if applicable.
We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our store policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
